Chicken Wings

For an even crispier wing experience, you can double-bake them. First, bake the wings in the oven as described above. Then, turn the oven up to 450F and bake the wings for an additional 10-15 minutes. This will create an extra-crispy outer layer for the wings.

Once the wings are done baking, you can serve them with your favorite dipping sauces. Ranch, BBQ, honey mustard, and garlic butter are all classic and delicious options. You can also top the wings with sesame seeds, chives, or Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

You can change the recipes for making wings a little at your discretion. It is better to marinate the wings for as long as time allows, the longer they marinate, the tastier and more aromatic the finished dish will be.
I prefer to cook them in the oven. The wings are quite oily, so with normal baking in the oven, the crust is fried just fine and without the addition of oil. Fat melts and forms a golden crust. The process is simple and does not require constant attention. I just pop into the oven from time to time to check how it’s doing.
I bake the wings as they are; I don’t cut the ends.

Chicken wings are a great snack for beer and just a delicious family dinner. Very often, wings are baked in the oven with potatoes. You can fry them in a pan, on the grill, or bake or cook them in a slow cooker. The most popular recipe for marinating chicken wings in honey-soy sauce, sometimes mustard or hot peppers are added to it.


  • 1 lbs 1 chicken wings

  • 1 tbsp 1 paprika

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 mustard

  • 1 tsp 1 salt

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 BBQ sauce

  • Pepper to taste


  • Wash chicken wings well under running water.
  • Rub chicken wings with mustard.
  • Sprinkle generously with paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour BBQ sauce over chicken wings.
  • Marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes.
  • Spread the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Put them into the oven at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
