Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pork tenderloin

  • 1 medium onion

  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 sprig rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • SAUCE

  • 1 orange, juiced

  • 2 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Cut the pork piece into the large pieces.
  • Set the pan on high medium heat on the stove. Pour oil into the frying pan. Add pork pieces to the pan and fry it on both sides until golden brown - 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Slice onion.
  • Add sliced onion to the pan that was used to cook pork. Saute it until it is golden.
  • Next, make the sauce: combine orange juice, mustard, and honey, mix all the ingredients, and put on low heat. Bring to a boil, boil for 5-8 minutes. The sauce should thicken slightly. If it does not thicken enough - add 1-2 teaspoons of tapioca or corn starch.
  • Slice the cooked pork into strips and add it to the frying pan with onions.
  • Pour the orange-mustard sauce over the chicken and onions. Keep it on the low-medium heat for 5 minutes, mixing briefly.
  • Transfer to the serving dishes, sprinkle with green onions and add a sprig of rosemary.
