HOW TO MAKE IT:

  • To get started, line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. 
  • In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients. 
  • On low heat, stir the mixture until all the sugar has dissolved and the fudge got thicker and coats the back of a spoon. This should take around 3-5 minutes. 
  • Once it’s ready, remove the fudge from the heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Stir quickly to ensure it melts completely. 
  • Transfer the fudge mixture into the parchment paper-lined pan and let it cool slightly. 
  • Place the pan in the fridge and leave it to set for four hours minimum.
