Ingredients

  • 2 medium 2 tomatoes

  • 4-6 ounces 4-6 feta cheese (or more)

  • 1 tsp 1 dried or fresh oregano

  • 2-4 tbsp 2-4 extra virgin olive oil

  • ground black pepper to taste

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wash the tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh oregano.
  • Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers. Chop arugula.
  • Cube feta cheese.
  • Put tomatoes into the baking dish, top with cubed feta cheese, and add oregano on top.
  • Drizzle feta cheese and tomatoes with olive oil.
  • Set the dish into the oven.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, put the chopped arugula and cucumbers into the serving dish.
